Properly Cleaning Epoxy Floors

By properly preparing the surface and after careful inspection of the concrete.

We knew exactly how to tackle this epoxy garage floor

By removing the existing epoxy floor coating

While properly cleaning the floor , removing grease and dirt.

We carefully diamond grinded the garage floor

Before adding any epoxy coating to the floor.

As we patched any cracks and divots.

We also grinded those concrete patched areas again to achieve the smoothest floor possible.

This epoxy floor was going to be used, to house some very unique and one of a kind cars.

While it had to be able to withstand floor jacks, grease and chemicals.

Not to mention it had to be top of the line epoxy and look amazing.

After diamond grinding the concrete we applied 100% high solids epoxy

Since 100% high solids epoxy is used on floors to achieve the thickest epoxy floor possible.

Than adding a clear urethane top coat.

Consequently a clear urethane top coat is added.

As a result it will protect it from uv rays as well as chemicals, grease and dirt.

Also helping maintain the longevity of the epoxy floors for years to come.
